Our client is in search of articulate and well-presented Customer Service Agents.
The ideal candidates will have proven customer support experience. Key duties include assisting customers with various tasks, handling customer complaints, as well as building and maintaining good client relationships.
This is a client facing position and would suit candidates with good people skills. Seeking candidates who are fluent in both English and Shona.
At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role is desired. Experience in a banking or telecoms environment will be an added advantage.
