We are looking for Crossed Trained Consultants for our Canal Walk branch
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Selling of merchandise
– Merchandising of store
– Payments and purchases on the point of sale system
– Opening new accounts
– Maintaining or controlling stock losses
– Providing customer service
– Building quality relationships with customers
Job requirements:
– Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
– Minimum 1 year fashion retail experience desirable
– Creative eye for merchandise and housekeeping skills
– Product knowledge, passion for fashion and good selling skills
– Computer literacy, sound admin/credit knowledge
– Proactive, accurate and numerate
– Attentive to detail and vigilant towards shrinkage
– Self-motivated and security conscious
– Excellent customer relations and people skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Honest and have integrity
