Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to ensure a positive interaction with our UK-based client and their clientele.
Your main role will be to facilitate the warranty claims process on their behalf.
Your function will be to accurately facilitate the claims process, updating of data onto the client’s software interface, and to ensure a quality service offering within the agreed service level agreements.
Minimum Qualification:
Matric Certificate
Minimum Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication.
Fluent in English
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Basic Computer Skills
Conflict Management
Analytical
Initiative
Other Requirements:
No Criminal Record.
No Adverse Credit Record.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday
In Summer: 10:00 – 18:30 SA time
In Winter: 09:00 – 17:30 SA time
