Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill a Claims Position at Halcyon Short Term Insurance.
POSITION BASED IN EAST LONDON
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- 2 years commercial claims experience
- Assist a small team of claims handlers and ensure that excellent customer service is delivered
- Handling of large loss claims
- Processing and administering of claims with various insurers
- Handling and resolving client inquiries related to claims repudiations and service delivery
- Maintaining a relationship with your Insurers, insurer claims handlers and heads of department
- Knowledge of insurer systems
- First Level Regulatory Examination: RE5
NQF 5 qualification
REQUIREMENTS :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, neat and organised
- Maturity to speak to all levels of clients
- Work well with colleagues and be a team player
- Strong computer skills
