DESCRIPTION
The Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) invites suitable applicants for the 2021 scholarship program.
CETA extends an invitation to all graduate and undergraduate students to apply for the Thapelo Madibeng Scholarships for Academic Year 2021. These scholarships are for students who want to pursue studies related to the construction industry, including the following fields:

REQUIREMENTS
You must be a citizen of South Africa.
You must have a valid South African identity document
Must have achieved at least 60% GPA in Matric
Must have reached at least level 5 in Matric for Mathematics
Must have reached at least level 5 in Matric for Physical Science
You must be currently registered to study full or part time, either graduate or undergraduate in one of the fields of study listed above.
Must be currently registered with one of the recognized and accredited South African public tertiary institutions (University of Technology, University or TVET College)
You must not have failed more than 2 subjects or you must have permission to enter the next year of study
You must not be a recipient of NSFAS funds or any other public funding or scholarship.
Must not be a direct relative of a CETA employee
Must not receive funding from a CETA-funded entity
Must have an annual household income of R350,000 or less
Preference will be given to female applicants in the built environment or construction sector, military veterans, applicants with disabilities, unemployed applicants who want to pursue studies in the built environment or in the construction sector, applicants from rural areas who currently they are studying in the built environment or construction. sector.

A certified copy of an identity document.
A certified copy of the latest Matric results or Matric certificate

An acceptance test to study printed on the letterhead of the tertiary institution
