DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an efficient and courteous cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills.
The cashier will scan the customer’s selections, make sure prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issues, or item location. He will also respond to complaints and maintain a clean workspace.
To be successful as a cashier, you must have a strong work ethic and a high level of accuracy. You must be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome customers, answer their questions, help them locate items, and provide advice or recommendations.
Operation of scanners, scales, cash registers and other electronic devices.
Accept payments, ensure all prices and quantities are accurate, and provide a receipt to each customer.
Resolution of complaints.
Maintain a clean workspace
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Cashier experience: a must
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
High energy level with strong customer service skills.
Mathematics and computing.
Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
Attention to details.
Helpful and courteous approach to resolving complaints.
