We are recruiting for an Inbound Call Centre Agent for a company based in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. This position will be dealing with UK clients. The ideal candidate must be able to work shifts (including weekends and nights), energetic and have a good command of the English language.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Answering inbound calls
• Responding to emails
• Resolving queries
Strict requirements:
• Grade 12
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• 3-4 years inbound call centre experience
• Ability to work shifts
• Ability to work under pressure
• Clear criminal record
