Property investment company is seeking a young and energetic Customer Care Representative / Booking Consultant who has an EXCELLENT telephone manner to join their team.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Driver’s license and car
Make 100 – 120 calls per day
Maintain professional telephone etiquette
Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
Positive, can-do attitude
Professional; Young; Energetic
Experience calling leads within the property industry will be a huge advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calling clients/incoming leads on Pipedrive
Following up on client queries
Make 100 – 120 calls per day
Book consultations for Strategists
