REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma.
More education or experience may be preferred.
Exceptional customer service, active listening and written and verbal communication skills, professional telephone voice.
Understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies.
Mastery of computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
Ability to ask indiscreet questions and blur tense situations.
Strong time management and decision making skills.
Adaptability and responsibility.
You may want to be fluent in multiple languages.
