We’re looking for a skilled Blockman with at least 1 year of butchery experience (preferably in retail). If you know how to prep, cut, debone, and create mouthwatering meat products, we want to hear from you!
????????????:
-1+ year experience as a Blockman
-Physically able to lift carcasses and meat containers
-Proficient in various meat products
-Comfortable working in a cold environment
-Relevant experience in a similar role
-Retail experience (advantageous)

-Operate Butchery Equipment
-Maintain stock standards
-Prepare and break meat carcasses
-Debone cuts and produce mince, sausage, and Boerewors
-Ensure quality and hygiene standards
-Assist with training
????????????:
-Customer-minded and a team player
-Excellent communication skills
-Passionate and focused
-Accurate and detail-oriented
-Willingness to grow and develop
-Able to handle various meat products
-Comfortable in cold environments
-Physically fit
