We’re looking for dedicated, motivated , target driven, passionate and energetic people to join and amazing team of bookings consultants who specifically work with in the UK market.
Job Description:
As a bookings consultant you will be a part of a warm desk where you will be maintaining and developing a database of nurses and clients. You will also have the following responsibilities;
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
· Headhunting new candidates
· Lead generation
· Booking nurses into client shifts
· Account management
Experience:
· Minimum of 1 years’ experience within healthcare recruitment
· Proven track record of achievements of targets and goals
· Be able to grow existing accounts
· Work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
· Book ad hoc shifts quickly and effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive market related + Uncapped Commission +Medical aid
