Key Focus Area
• To ensure that orders are executed promptly
• Arrangement and planning of bar service for mealtimes
• To ensure that every guest has flawless beverage service
• To ensure that bar service and storage /washing –areas are clean and well maintained
Requirements:
• Grade 12, Computer literacy and a valid code 10 driver’s license
• A Barrister qualification will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Qualification in wine training
• Presentable and well spoken
