JOB TITLE : ZIPHAKAMISE CO-OPERATIVE BANK MANAGER

MAIN DUTIES : MANAGING THE COOPERATIVE BANK AT OPERATIONAL AND STRATEGIC LEVEL
Key performance Areas:
•Manage Ziphakamise Co- operative Bank at an operational and strategic level.
•Manage all the finances of Ziphakamise Co-operative Bank in line with acceptable accounting procedures.
•Manage the IT system and all other equipment and systems.
•Manage the Human Resources component of Ziphakamise CBI.
•Help in the marketing of Ziphakamise CBI products.
•Responsible for the management, development and presentation of reports to the Board and its Committees in line with the constitution.
•Prepare annual financial statement
•Develop and monitor financial policies and procedure
•Ensure monthly and quartley reports to the board and Committee meeting

Required minimum qualification:
•Matric (NQF Level 4) plus Diploma or Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Business Management or relevant certificates
•Pastel certificates (Advantageous)
•Bachelor`s Degree in Accounting (advantageous)
•Add advantage Financial cooperative Management certificates
Required work Experience:
•At least 3-4 yearswork experience, with at least 2 years experience at supervisory level or junior level manager
•Knowledge of experience of a Cooperative Bank (advantageous)
•Pastel payroll experience
