Salary: R9000 p/month excluding overtime
REQUIREMENTS
Assistant/Junior Catering Kitchen Manager position available in Centurion
Must have own car, non-negotiable, as you would also need to assist with deliveries on busy days
(fuel will be paid for by company for work related travel)
Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends on SHORT NOTICE (All overtime is paid per hour)
Previous Food/Hospitality experience would be beneficial, Chef qualification & experience will receive preference
Neat, punctual, reliable & hygienic person, as you will be working under pressure to get orders out timeously and will be required to work with clients.
The position is more suited to a younger person who does not yet have family commitments as the
nature of the working hours/working late on short notice and working extra on weekends can be demanding.
To ASSIST senior manager with General basic Duties, but not limited to:
Computer literate in Outlook/Excel/Word/all basic computer skills
Ensure all orders are printed and given through to kitchen for preparation
Ordering & buying stock
Overseeing kitchen prep, ensuring orders goes out timeously, up to standard and correct
General admin, assisting with quotations, answering kitchen phone and corresponding with clients
as needed.
Attending, managing & Assisting at events as needed, whether for setup or food service
Planning & Managing staff roster and their daily duties and working as a Team with the Kitchen and
delivery staff
Start date 15th of June or 1 July 2022 (TBC)
