Our client, a leading pest control company in the Seychelles is looking for an Area Manager to ensure continued growth and identify new services and improve on current services.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or related qualifications for this role
5- 10 years of operational responsibility in a similar role, well-versed in pest control, pest management, and pesticides experience
Must be up-to-date with international and current new methods of pest control
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Effective training and presentation skills
Valid Driver’s Licence
Must be healthy and fit
Fully Vaccinated against Covid -19
Responsibilities include:
Leadership skills to head a team of 23 staff
The ability to recruit, train, inspire, lead and maintain talented people that want to grow with the company
All operating policies and procedures to be identified and implemented within the scope of Pest Control and Hygiene
Must be well-versed with Labour laws of the country and be well-informed with practices and laws relating to the Pesticide service of the country
Be analytical and able to plan and forecast trends related to the activity
To conduct and monitor service where applicable
Organize and manage technical and in-service training programs with the company
Improve the operational system, processes, policies and needs of the company
Build company brand and image by maintaining relations and collaborating with customers
Ensure good business relationships with suppliers and identify new products
Ensure availability of equipment and check list of maintenance regularly updated
Must be flexible to work long hours when necessary
Remuneration: Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience. House, utilities, flight ticket, transport, fuel, phone, internet, medical will be provided by the Company.
