Location: Midrand, Gauteng

An exciting full time, on site position is available for a highly computer literate and organised person.

This position would suit a high energy person who has experience with detailed administration.

In this position, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Ceo and management. In addition to data-entry, report-writing, filing, and scheduling, you will perform duties such as payroll, coordinate creditors, debtors and work on special projects.
Other duties will include scheduling complex activities, managing vehicle costs, assets, and stock control.

Fast and efficient work is required and availability after hours to handle queries is essential.

Experience should include skill in software programmes like Microsoft suite especially Excel (i.e. be able to use basic formula’s) some
accounting and quoting experience would be a recommendation.

The Minimum requirements are as follows:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Strong English-language skills, including writing, grammar and spelling.
  • Experience with software.
  • Personal effectiveness and credibility.
  • Data entry with strict attention to detail.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files
    organized.
  • Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator.
  • Strong time manager with respect for deadlines.
  • Ability to identify errors and solve problems.
  • Decisive and critical thinker.
  • Reliable Transport to and from work including Saturdays when required.
  • A willingness to grow with the company.
