REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Requirements
Logistics / imports background preferably
3 Years experience
Must have Advanced Excel experience including Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting and Vlookup
To take accountability for tasks issued
Show strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently is a must
Ability to multi-task with accuracy

DUTIES
Generate purchase orders
Interact with local and international Suppliers. Submit, track and monitor orders from start to finish
Keep the shipping tracking sheets and schedule up to date with accurate data
Track and clear shipments as required
Keep product data and listings up to date
Notify Retailers of changes in pricing, listing details and any other information relevant to products
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned, such as weekly and monthly reports
Create orders for Retailers and follow through to completion of invoicing.
Assist and provide administrative support to the Product Manager and other departments where necessary
Track and follow up parcels
Ensure that all information relating to products is captured, stored and correct
Filing and data storage
Have a detailed and current knowledge of our product offerings
Submit necessary documents to the bank
