REQUIREMENTS 

Compulsory: National Diploma (e.g. NQF level 6) or higher in a relevant area such as business, accounting, bookkeeping, computer proficiency, office administration, or equivalent.

CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES 

Highly organised.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly personality with a professional image.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint (essential).

Experience with basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, filing, and record keeping (experience with Sage accounting would be an advantage).

Familiarity with office management procedures.

Understanding of professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn and basic graphic design skills to assist with posting on these platforms (desirable, but not essential).

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Receive visitors at the office.

Answer office calls and direct to the appropriate team members.

Manage office supplies.

Carry out clerical duties including preparing documents.

Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.

Keep records and reports up to date.

Coordinate and facilitate the completion of timesheets from employees.

Assist in issuing of invoices, statements and keeping the accounting system up to date.

Organise and schedule meetings and events.

Monitor and inform management regarding renewal of company compliance documents.

Remuneration: Market Related.
