Location: Gauteng, Woodmead
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee online sales process and handle any customer queries.
Send out quotations to customers based off approved deals.
Book stock at suppliers for approved quotations
Send out invoices to customers that have paid.
Oversee all Job cards for installations of products to ensure the end-to-end process is being complied with
Work with customers on whole deals and ensure all ETAs are met and send customers updated ETA’s
Work with procurement and finance on all sales deals as per company policy and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Procurement
Get stock on hand from suppliers for sales orders when required.
Book stock at suppliers once customers have paid.
Arrange delivery of stock from suppliers to customers or required destinations.
Manage stock on hand for certain warehouses or storerooms.
SOP
Compile deal sheets and Margin calculators and send off for approval.
Load quotes on Pastel, Process Orders and track the order to delivery.
Handle any queries and follow up with the courier on delayed deliveries.
Handle and customer exchange or returns by booking collections and generating credit notes.
List new products with Networks
Manage all sales reports as required.
Manage pricing queries with sales reps and customers.
Monitor Online orders.
Load sales deals on third party systems
Manage Job cards of installation jobs.
REQUIREMENTS
Retail store sales sector experience
Sales done via ecommerce systems experience.
Must have pastel evolution experience.
Must have some online ecommerce’s SOP experience.
Must have knowledge of the solar and backup power sector
Solar and backup up power systems/components and processes around ordering
Pastel Evolution ERP
Excel and Sales reporting
Can do project management and be very organised.
Own Transport and Valid Driver’s license
