Requirements:
Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment:
2 years experience (Required)
English (Required)
Duties:
Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable.
Purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or clients files.
Receives, records, invoice and mails to be allocated .
Preparing quotes and invoices.
