MAINTAIN A FILING SYSTEM OF ALL NECESSARY OFFICE
DOCUMENTS,AGREEMENT AND LEASE RECORD ISSUE
MONTHLY INVOICE TO TENANTS
TRACK AND MONITOR MONTHLY
RENTAL PAYMENTS
MAINTAIN AND MANAGE CLIENT’S DATABASE WITH DETAILS OF DEALS, CONTRACTS AND PAYMENTS ASSIST
AND SUPPORT SALES AGENTS TO GENERATE NEW LEADS.
ORDER OFFICE SUPPLIES.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
COMPUTER LITERATE, PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE ( WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT)
EXCELLENT PHONE ETIQUETTES
EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
ABILITY TO THINK AND ANTICIPATE NEEDS
EFFECTIVE
PLANNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
