A Civils Construction Company based in East London, requires an
administrator/receptionist.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- At least 3 years administrative experience
- Stable employment history
- Knowledge of MS Office Programmes (Excel; Word; Outlook)
Some Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Reception duties
- Filing & Record Keeping
- Tender Administration
- HR/Payroll Administration
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Assist other admin staff with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Position would suit Gonubie / East Coast resident
Salary: Negotiable
