A Civils Construction Company based in East London, requires an
administrator/receptionist.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • At least 3 years administrative experience
  • Stable employment history
  • Knowledge of MS Office Programmes (Excel; Word; Outlook)

Some Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Reception duties
  • Filing & Record Keeping
  • Tender Administration
  • HR/Payroll Administration
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Assist other admin staff with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Position would suit Gonubie / East Coast resident
Salary: Negotiable
