SIMBITHI COUNTRY CLUB HAS THE FOLLOWING NEW POSITION

Duties and Responsibilities:
Reconciliation of accounts receivable. Ensure debtors accounts are settled timeously and accurately.Attend to customer queries in a timely manner. Investigates and resolve any discrepancies. Distribution of monthly statements to customer/suppliers.Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and ensures that all receipts are accounted for, and allocations are accurate.
•Administers debt collection – facilitates payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting customers to follow up on outstanding accounts. Escalation of defaulting debtors to debt collection attorneys. •Manage debtor account credit limits within company policy.Facilitate and assess new account applications in line with company policy guidelines. Open new accounts after all the necessary validations have been done. Assist with credit applications when required.Administer and maintain account details, specifically customer details, discounts, etc. Assist with inputting weekly dashboard figures. •Clubmaster administration (Adding new employees onto Clubmaster, time and attendance system management)Payroll data input (employee hours and tips scheduled). Assist with monthly stationery orders.Filing. Requirements:
•Matric with Maths and/or Accounting MS Office Proficiency (Intermediate Excel Skills)Good Communication skills Accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines is essentialSelf-starter who can work with limited supervision
