Developing a strategic Customer Service and Sales plan based on the commercial and business strategies.
Conduct independent surveys with customers to determine brand progress and problem areas.
Systematically assess sales business practices and procedures against agreed benchmarks for brand maintenance and achievement.
Establish a service delivery system, procedures and benchmarks for sales
Extract appropriate sales alignment core guiding principles.
Obtain broad commitment and support for these strategic plans and core guiding principles from all sales staff members.
Communicate these core guiding principles to all levels and functions within the broader organization, as well as the sales function.
Ensure that the sales strategies and focus areas are integrated with the business priorities.
Establish a default system, procedures and benchmarks for sales.
Determine suitable market segmentation methods and sales channels per product area.
Integrate all, industry, market, customer, competitor and technical data to determine sales strategies.
Prepare the plan for market growth in conjunction with the Strategic Marketing Manager.
Maximization of profit.
Determine world class benchmarks for sales systems and methodologies
Build the sales team and maintain a climate of high achievement.

REQUIREMENTS
Matric or Diploma or higher
1-2 years’ experience (will be an added advantage)
Salary: Basic Allowance (Transport) + Commission Incentive
