Umhlatuzi Valley Sugar Company (Pty) Ltd, a leading agricultural organization, has a vacancy for the previous position based at Lebombo Estate, which is located near Komatipoort, Mpumalanga.
The holder of this position will report to the Property Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to repair and maintain a fleet of agricultural vehicles (including cane loading / transport vehicles), LDVs and implements along with other members of the workshop team. The ability to operate as part of a team with a broader vision and an ability to recognize areas for improvement and maximize efficiency is essential.
REQUIREMENTS
Diesel mechanic with at least five years of relevant experience.
The ability to communicate in English and isiZulu / siSwati, and be prepared to work extended hours. Driver’s license code B.
The experience of electric and Bell tractors will be advantageous.
A competitive salary related to the market will apply.
