Location: Netcare Greenacres Hospital

ROLE SUMMARY
The incumbent will be responsible to co-ordinate all secretarial work in the ward, for receiving all new patients, visitors and doctors in the ward and to let them feel welcome. Assistance to ward staff and the Unit Manager will be of importance in this role.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 Certificate;
Computer proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, SAP and Internet).
Experience as a Personal Assistant in a hospital environment.
Computer proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, SAP and Internet).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work well under pressure and to maintain effectiveness during changing conditions.
The ability to work effectively and co-operatively with others by establishing and maintaining good working relationships.
