REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Valid Driver’s License – Heavy Duty License will be an advantage
Minimum of 3 years of commercial sales experience
Familiar with the Transkei area
Have an existing customer base
Behavioral competence
Entrepreneur and motivated to achieve goals
It has a warm, friendly and welcoming approach.
High level of dress and presentation.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to provide a high level of customer service
Ability to handle objections.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Team player
DUTIES INCLUDE
Search for new clients and generation of new business through networks and referrals.
Solve any queries internally with operations / finance
Provide feedback to the sales manager
Achieve sales goals
Strive to maximize fleet utilization and profit margins.
Ensuring that there is regular communication with customers regarding price increases; events; updates on trucks, etc.
Effective planning to improve rents
SALARY
R9 – R12k basic (based on experience) + 10% communication in GP, ​​provident fund, medical aid and company vehicle
