HSE ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting to the National HSE / Risk Manager on a daily basis, the incumbent will be responsible for the administration and review of all HSE  policies, procedures and other documents. Provide support to all branches and sites in relation to all HSE related matters.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
Managing databases and filing systems; Typing, compiling, preparing reports, presentations and correspondence; Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems;
Collating and filing expenses;
Able to conduct research and device HSE campaigns;
Perform financial transactions and related duties;
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients; Implementation of policies, procedures and systems to provide for a safe and secure business operation;
Drive and maintain the company’s global HSE reputation;
When required, perform audits, inspections and monitor HSE performance of all branches; Raise, monitor system reports and ensure closure thereof;
Moniton HSE Statistics and draw up the trends; Monitor and ensure registrations of all staff members with SACPCMP;
Ensure staff training is booked and managed in accordance with company requirements.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION Matric;
Certificate / Diploma in office administration and any other recognised HSE qualification;
3 years experience and proven track record in office administration, preferably in the HSE field;
Experience in departmental financial management and working on computerised financial systems; Effective interpersonal skills, approachable and able to maintain working relations with all stake holders;
Meticulous and great attention to detail;
Ability to implement HSE policies and associated management systems;
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Email and telephone etiquette – (English); Excellent writing skills;
Knowledge of OHS Act and ISO 45001: 2018.
