REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing of orders.
Answering customer calls.
Admin and operational tasks related to customer orders, payment, deliveries, returns and refunds. General administration, filing and record keeping.
Liaising with suppliers as well as customers on a daily basis.
Must be computer literate, proficient in Word and Excel.
We are looking for someone with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to customers, suppliers and within the company. Someone that is service focused with a disciplined approach – punctual, strong attendance record, getting back to customers and returning calls.
Someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work and works to exceed expectations.
Must have own transport. Salary to be discussed.

Based in Randburg.
