REQUIREMENTS
-Well presented, professional Afrikaans speaking and preferably a female aged approximately 22 – 30 years
–Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
–Recent experience as a Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role a must
-Friendly telephone skills and customer service focused at all times.
–Computer literate in MS Office
-Good communication skills with fluency in Afrikaans and English.
–Stable employment record and contactable References
-To start as soon as possible

DUTIES:
-Receive incoming phone calls from clients for Wholesale Retail Supplier Company.
–Take and process quotations in an accurate manner.
-Process sales invoices in an accurate manner and process in terms of existing procedures.
–Update customers information in the database when required.
-Filing of invoices when required.
–Drawing of reports when required.

Salary: R 7 500.00 gross
