Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Sound knowledge of RDC and FSK radio transmitters
- 5-10 years technical experience, with at least 3 years in technical
management positions - sound knowledge of programming DSC, IDS, and Paradox alarm
systems - PSIRA registered
- Strong management experience
- Fully PC literate – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Listener
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Manage day to day technical department activities
- daily feedback and communication to customers regarding
maintenance and new installations - ensuring that new installations are scheduled and conducted
timeously and accurately - costing of job cards
- providing on-site technical assistance to all technical teams
- promoting SLA’s with customers
- visiting customers to conduct QA
- Ensuring that all paperwork, emails, call logging, schedules, new
installations are updated daily with feedback to executive
management on a weekly basis and as and when required.
GENERAL:
- RSA citizen
- Valid unendorsed drivers license
- clear criminal record
- good contactable references
- Flexible working hours- after hours, call out’s, etc.
