REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of Matric certificate
2 years of proven experience working on a
40 line switchboard
Practical knowledge of the Omni system will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Being bilingual in English and IsiZulu will be advantageous
Strong multitasking skills with good attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Problem solving skills
