KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 (Matric)
Proficiency in literacy, writing and numeracy in English with an understanding of Afrikaans
Computer literate (MS Word/Excel)
Minimum of 6 months Customer Service experience required OR
Minimum of 6 months Switchboard/Reception experience required
Medical Telephonic experience advantageous
Client-focused with excellent attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills while demonstrating the ability to listen
Ability to multitask, problem-solve and work unsupervised
Innovative thinking
Calm temperament
A positive attitude & flexible work-style
Must be prepared to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
Must have an acceptable track record/performance rating with regard to the technical and behavioural competencies required to perform in this position
