POSITION: Store Manager
Store Manager is wanted for PAWN and CASH LOAN SHOP
REQUIREMENT:
A relevant Tertiary Qualification in Business, marketing, finance etc
Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in a similar post.
Experience in similar industry is a must
Solid knowledge of relevant regulations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate leadership, management and day-to-day behaviour and attitudes, which exemplify Mr Cash Provider Mission, Core Values, the organisational culture and encourage others to follow.
Develop annual training plan to improve competences among operation team.
Make Training Curriculum, Training Materials, Valuable Contribution (in a role of key trainer) to operation trainings.
Setting sales targets and making sure that staff are motivated to meet the target
Overseeing procurement, pricing, stock and merchandising
Valuation and buying of new and second hand products.
