RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures keyholder / shift leader responsibilities are carried out
Together with the store manager, he provides weekly training to staff on products, customer service, multiple sales, merchandising, store discipline, policies, and safety.
Hold team meetings in the morning to discuss sales performance with all staff
Attend management training sessions
Conduct daily and weekly sales reviews with the store manager and discuss methods for extending store sales.
Complete collections and banking accurately and on time
Fully understand all the criteria in the Stock Process and Procedures and manage the store accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric / Grade 12
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in retail.
1-2 years of experience Retail management Solid time management
Ability to interact well with customers and provide excellent service.
Attention to details.
Ability to communicate well.
Computer literacy.
