SPRAY PAINTER AND PANELBEATER – MULALORAKH CAREERS

DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly skilled Spray Painter and Panelbeater to join our automotive repair workshop.

Must have relevant qualification
Fully bilingual – Afrikaans and English
Good communication- and management skills; dedicated, hardworking, loyal, committed, purpose driven, good team player, must be able to work well under pressure, and always be ready to meet a challenge
Be able to manage the preparation- and spraypainting bays; ensure that preparation of vehicle is up to standard before painting;
Follow company requirements to select paint, and match colours of paint following specified colour charts; Responsible for material and minor maintenance, spray- booth and guns;
Utilize spray gun and apply paint in conformance with all specifications; Employ heat or oven paint drying techniques for special purpose finishes; measure parts to maintain statistical process control charts Monitor machine gauges and equipment operation to discover defects/deviations from standards, and make necessary adjustments; Utilize solvents,
