Qualifications / Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role (within the residential property development industry)
• Experience in managing Subcontractors essential
• Must have experience in Residential projects
• Relevant Tertiary highly advantageous
• Valid drivers license essential
• Must be able to work on various sites simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills
