Mining and Projects (PTY) Ltd, a Contractor Company based at Glencore Helena Mine has the following position available: Shift Supervisor (Ref: BBTS001).
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Blasting Certificate.
Proof of Shift Supervisor Training.
5 Years` experience as a Shift Supervisor in board and pillar mining and conventional environment.
Promote adherence to HSEC procedures, identify unsafe and hazardous situations.
Monitor and ensure operational adherence to regulations and standards.
People management and maintain good relationships.
Ability to work accurately and under pressure.
Manage safety, quality, production and discipline in terms of the company values. Manage and execute discipline in accordance with the company disciplinary code. Ensure production targets are met safely.
