Our client seeks to employ a senior level Asset Manager for an available opportunity at their East London head office.

Key Requirements and Skills:
– Honours Degree in Commerce/ Economics or Accounting Science – a requisite
– Completed CA qualification
– 10 years senior management level experience is required
– 3+ years senior management level experience within the property sector, is a must
– Applicants must have a sound understanding of property asset management
– Advanced financial management and analysis skills
