KEY PURPOSE OF THE WORK
Welcome visitors to the school upon arrival and offer refreshments.
Answer, filter and forward all incoming calls.
Help colleagues with administrative functions.
Keep the reception area clean and orderly and ensure that all office supplies are in order and inventory is recorded.
Maintain employee and department directories.
Letter typing for students and staff.
Receive, classify and distribute daily mail.
Knowledge and experience
Proven experience in administration: minimum 3 years in a similar position.
A secretarial or administrative qualification and / or experience in an administrative setting.
Excellent people skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent administrative and computer skills.
Highly proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Customer service oriented, high degree of precision and attention to detail.
