Hire All – An established Plant Hire company that supplies construction equipment to the industry – is looking for an external sales representative to join their team.
Main Purpose:
To call and engage clients in and around an allocated area. To build and maintain relationships with these clients. To promote and sell a full range of the Company’s products.
Responsibilities:
• Plan calls and call frequency
• Call and follow up on customers
• Do Quotations
• Invoice Customers
• Attend to Deliveries, if needed
• Assist with Account queries
• Log, resolve and follow up on customer queries
• Arrange Demonstrations of machines to customers
• Resolve breakdowns with service technicians
• Attend to job-related administration
• Attend to any other duty related to the Job Description as requested by management
Education, Training, Skills and Experience Required:
• Minimum Qualification: Matric/ Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous
• Good English, written and spoken
• Computer Literate
• Sales Skills
• Analytic Skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Telecommunications
• Candidate must be well organised
• Candidate must be friendly, personable and be able to build effective harmonious relationships with clients, co-workers and general public
• Ability to perform duties with deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision
• Experience in a client service environment
• Sound business acumen
• Planning ability
• Ability to exercise good judgement in recognising scope of authority and protecting confidential information
