Location: Required in Linbro Business Park, Sandton, JHB North

CM Value Added Services is looking for a vibrant, driven and detail-oriented administrator and coordinator to join the Account Manager department to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department. We are a national Network Operator who physically constructs and maintains its own infrastructure in South Africa and abroad. We are looking for a well-groomed, presentable individual with a passion for organisation and an eye for detail.

Duties:
· Managing the sales email inbox and making sure every mail gets attended from start to finish in a timely manner.
· Making all procurement requests, quotes, orders and invoicing.
· Make sure all invoicing gets attended too.
· Managing all skype groups.
· Following up on all installations
· Making follow up calls to clients once installations are complete.
· Assisting account managers with their day-to-day admin related
· tasks.
· Setting up client meetings to Account Managers.
· Make sure procurement receives all invoices
· Client Reporting
· Answering and directing calls
· All ad hoc duties

Requirements:
· We need you to be someone who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people – we are nice people and are looking for similarly nice people to work with.
· We believe that you can, and should, enjoy your day at work and time with your colleagues.
· You need to be computer literate (be able to type at least 35 words per minute) and possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office … a good sense of humour is a must to ?

· Live within close proximity of Linbro Park.
· Have a valid driver’s license and own transport.
