PAPER PURPOSE
Provide extensive experiential / on-the-job training to complement and support the theoretical and basic knowledge acquired through the academic process.
The program aims to provide an opportunity for students to engage in areas that directly correlate with their academic background as a basis for experiential learning so that they are employable in the future.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3-year Degree / Diploma in:
Human resources management
Risk management
Finance
Advantageous
Btech / Honors
COMPETENCES
Interpersonal skills
Self-discipline and energetic
Good communication skills
Obtain certificate of medical aptitude
Clear criminal record
