Clearwire, an ICT company in George, has a position available for an organised tech-savvy receptionist.
Common responsibilities will be but not limited to:
• Answer phone calls and redirect them where necessary.
• Manage the office agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Develop and maintain a filing system of all relevant work areas.
• Creating, assigning, updating and closing helpdesk tickets.
• Booking appointments for onsite technicians and ensuring the schedule is followed. Requirements:
• Punctual, well-versed in Microsoft Office suite, above average knowledge of general IT hardware and software, Excellent admin skills, Have a professional but friendly demeanour, Valid driver`s license and own transport, Smart phone and minimum 2 Years` experience in similar position. Tertiary education is advantageous.
