RESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting and greeting clients
Managing new WhatsApp messages and sending info on WhatsApp about new courses and marketing of current courses
Arranging couriers when needed
Ensure that the reception area is neat and clean at all times
Ensure that there is enough pamphlets and application forms for
new registrations
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Assist with registrations and daily communications of students
Phoning clients to confirm attendance of training when needed
Ensure that the tea/coffee station is ready before training starts
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or higher
Fully bilingual (English, Sepedi)
Must reside in Polokwane or surrounding areas
Must be able to use a Laptop and supporting programmes (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Must be efficient, friendly and self-motivated
Able to deal with difficult clients
Well-presented and organized at all times
