We’re looking for an experience and highly motivated positive attitude Receptionist/Admin Assistant. Real Estate Industry experience required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Real estate industry experience required.
Providing administrative support to ensure the office runs
in a timely and efficient manner.
Work well under pressure.
Provide excellent customer service.
Organized, Meticulous & People skills.
Good telephone etiquette, answering & screening phone
calls in a professional manner
Good time management skills.
Assisting agents with administrative duties.
Contribute positively to the team.
Greet clients and visitors with a positive helpful attitude.
Fully computer literate (Microsoft, Office Word PowerPoint,
Excel and Outlook).
Make Agents Coffee.
Assistant to Agents.
Open and locking-up office.
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
