REQUIREMENTS
Matric (grade 12)
Own transportation and valid driver’s license
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
Strong planning and organizational skills
Office administration experience
Computer literacy in MS Office
Must have knowledge of Pastel (Payroll and Accounting)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and transfer calls
Management event coordination
Welcome customers
Management and purchase of office supplies, stationery and soft drinks.
Vending machine management
Management office cleaner
Management and purchase of consumables and cleaning products.
Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks
Pickup post
Reply to emails
Help clients navigate the building
Ensure that all customers / suppliers comply with Covid-19 regulations when entering the facilities
Make sure the reception area is neat and presentable
Update calendars and schedule meetings
