We are looking for a Receptionist who is in charge of greeting clients and visitors to our office.
You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and receiving messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Greet customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Help clients find their way around the hotel.
Advertise to clients as needed.
Help maintain security in the workplace by issuing, verifying and collecting credentials as needed and maintaining visitor logs.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
Preparation of meeting and training rooms.
Answer phones professionally and route calls as needed.
Help colleagues with administrative tasks.
Classification and distribution of mail.
Provide excellent customer service.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Consistent and professional dress and manners.
Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience in administrative and office procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, assisting with various tasks as needed.
