Salary: R7500 – R8000 p.m
Matric or equivalent required.
Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
To be bilingual in English and Afrikaans, would be beneficial.
Ability to use Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook.
It would be advantageous to:
Have own transport and be resident in the Parklands/Table View Area.
Have prior experience at reception/admin, working in an engineering company.
Be experienced as a debtor’s admin clerk.
in addition to your reception duties, you will be required to assist the accounts department in reconciling and maintaining the customer cash account. This would include maintaining customer details and payment histories.
The admin clerk will be required to assist the office manager in creating job cards and be efficient at preserving and maintaining the job card record.
Reconciling timesheets and completing timesheet registers.
Completing and maintaining time and attendance registers to payroll.
