We are urgently looking for a Property Administrator to assist
with administrative duties for our Properties and Maintenance department

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lease agreements – Working with
the legal department , agents, and other professionals in the preparation and
finalisation of all Lease. Ensuring that there are
renewed.
• Rentals – To manage all
administration related to letting/leasing/renting of all property
• Invoicing – Ensure that
invoicing is done for all properties monthly
• Repairs & Maintenace
Schedules – Management of all properties including organising day-to-day
repairs , maintenance, or security, negotiating leases and
contracts
• Payments – Monitor
contractors’ invoices versus set budget . Prepare requisitions on
BS
• Utilities – Ensure that all
utilities for all properties are monitored and paid timeously
• Income & Expenditure –
Ensure that all income and expenses and capital expenditure are managed,
recorded and reported against set budgets
• Property Access – To ensure
that access is afforded to all properties as required for reading of
public utility meters, inspections , statutory authorities, and insurance
company representatives as required.
• Sales & Marketing -Market
all vacant properties . In the event of a
purchase / sale, to manage the complete process including all administration
• Compliance – Ensure and Enforce
Compliance in line with Property Management requirements
• Administration – Maintain all
records of the company properties
• Meetings – To attend regular
meetings as directed by management.

REQUIREMENTS
• +3 Years working in Property/ Maintenance Administration
• Microsoft Packages
• Drivers license
• Willing to travel
• Must be prepared to work overtime
